Homemade Seafood Stock

Don’t throw away scraps! This goes for veggies, meats, fish, everything. Make a stock, or broth!

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 onion, diced

  • food scraps

  • fresh parsley

  • olive oil

Preparation:

You’ve just enjoyed your Pan-Seared Rombo…now what?? Simply sauté chopped onion with olive oil, add the scraps, and move around in the pot together for a few minutes, then fill with about 6-10L of water. Let boil low & slow for about 2-3 hours. The end result is a flavor-packed liquid base to easily enhance any meal. Portion it out and store it in the freezer if you think you won’t use it all in the same week :)
