Anti-Inflammatory Banana Muffins

these are light, fluffy, endo-friendly muffins that help keep my belly full and inflammation down 👇 I experienced reallllly bad flare ups after my visit to the US a few weeks ago, so I've been focusing even more than usual on eating anti-inflammatory foods that will keep me on track. 

Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas

- 2 eggs

- 1/4 cup oats blended to create flour

- 2 heaping spoons of nut butter (I threw a bunch of nuts in the food processor)

- 2 tsp baking powder

*optional: 2 tbsp natural local honey, orange zest, 100% dark chocolate broken into pieces

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Fill some muffin tins. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Done ;)
